I have been an on-time paying customer for over a year now. This past week, however, I had to make a payment a week later (bi-weekly payment arrangement here). Spoke with Derrick on the day my payment was due
, as soon as that morning. He understood my situation and ensures me that they will note it in the system (just as he had done on two other occasions.) I then get a phone call that evening from a Steven who works there. I call them back immediately and Steven answered. I proceeded to inquire why they were still calling me after I had already made payment arrangements, and he instructed that it was his job to call past due customers. I indicated that I understood this and that I had already spoken with Derrick earlier in the day and that it should be noted in the system already. Steven then hangs the up on me after I told him it should be noted in the system. The next day I get another phone call from this Stephen guy. I called him back to ask why he's calling me again about my account. He then hands the phone to Derrick and I speak with Derrick about it. Derrick ensures me that its been noted in the system and ensures me that there would be no more calls about this payment unless I don't make a payment as I arranged to. I get a phone call about it again the next day but didn't return the call back before they closed. Then comes today. I get a phone call from this Steven guy. I return the call and ask Stephen why he is still calling me about the payment in question. He proceeds to tell me that I am "harassing him, and that its his job." I proceed to tell him that he's harassing me for calling about the payment after I had already made arrangements about the payment and that it was in the system. He then hangs up on me again. I call him back and ask him why he hung up on me again, his response was that he didn't have to listen to me and hung up again. I understand I am past due, but payment arrangements were made already. Why does he still to act like a child, get hateful for no reason at all, and harass customers after they're making good faith efforts to make a payment arrangement especially ones like me who had paid on time up until this one payment is beyond my comprehension, let alone why this guy got a job there in the first place. Up until then this place had a 5 star rating from me. Its sad go one grown adult wants to act like a 2 year old. I mean its not like I am going to get paid any faster or be able to speed up the time before I am able to make this payment in question.
